Timeline / Estimated Turnaround
Every artwork deserves attention to detail. Typically, the process takes 5–10 business days, depending on complexity and the number of revisions. For larger or commercial projects, the timeline will be adjusted to your needs. Rush orders are subject to additional charges.
Terms & Conditions
- Usage Rights: Exclusive use granted, but copyright remains with Artgraris.
- Revisions: Included within the package (extra revisions incur additional fees).
- Final Files: High-resolution JPG/PNG, PSD/AI/Vector upon request.
- Payment: 50% deposit upfront, balance upon completion.
- Refund Policy: Not applicable once the initial sketch is approved.
